The firm bed

The lack of cleanliness in the halls, stairs; the twice non working room keys, the unlocked outside B door

the bed is comfortable and room space is more than enough.

Breakfast was good and always diffrent pool was refreshing housekeeping was very friendly and helpful in fact all staff was very friendly and acommadating.

There was a huge spider in our rooms sitting chair we killed it but made us feel little uneasy at first.we sat on bed rest of stay in case there were others.

The food in the morning was good, coffee readily available

The accommodations were advertised as a suite with a king bed and pull out couch. What was provided to us was one room , with a King bed and a pull out couch. To me a suite is two rooms at least.

Close to relatives and friends. Stayed there before.

Requested connecting rooms more them one time before trip and was not able to receive them.Made it unconvienent for family to talk together, had to go to another room fully dressed and not in PJ's and robe.

The staff efforts to correct Booked.net's errors!!

1st nite, get rid of smoke!!, cigarette burn holes in sofa, etc.(note: reserved non-smoking room but wouldn't have mattered as Booked.net never sent reservation-- a 2 nite reservation!! Discount for error should have been a lot more than 10%!

Great king size bed, quiet room (even # room, away from I 90). Room was quite large.

Bathrooms were very dirty, looked like showers were not cleaned in a LONG time.

I normally don't do the complimentary breakfast at most hotels. Usually it is just the basics or it is overdone and not kept up. This breakfast was well done with pretty standard choices. But it was kept fresh, hot and cleaned up. I had breakfast there each morning. The setting was neat, clean and convenient. And each time I was there an employee came out made sure everything was clean and the food was refreshed. Also the bathroom in the room was very well done. Laid out efficiently and the shower and tub mechanism was easy to operate. Safety bars in a good place and the bath was well kept.

While the general location was good for what I was there for and there were plenty of stores and restaurants, the actual site location was a bit difficult to get out of because of concrete road barriers which meant that you had to go in wrong direction then find somewhere to turn around and head back. Nothing can be done about that and the general location is convenient to most everything including I-90.

The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable.

The staff at the front desk were atrocious.

Rooms, very stuffy, musty Needs air exchange both husband and myself are very sick. TV good size but no channels. Room keepers work hard but needs better ventilation.

Great location and staff. The property could use a bit of a refresh, but, it was an awesome value. Was clean and hot breakfast was great.

The pillows were like clouds and the bed was extremely comfortable. You could change the type of flow of the shower head

The bathroom light was on a timer and was an orange tinted light that gave off a lot of heat. It was weird lighting and made it hard to see to do my makeup. It made it way too hot in the bathroom between the steam and the heat from the lights

The rooms were clean

The heat made loud noises and didn't work, we froze

The bed was really comfortable.

That the hotel was set up like a motel. I would have just got a motel and maids knocked on my door at 8am. It was my morning to try to sleep in until 9 at least.
